I had 2 of your guys move me on the weekend from Grafton to Ponsonby. They were outstanding. Very quick, very friendly – even when they saw the piano that they had to lift – and extremely professional.

Last Friday a great bunch of guys came and shifted our belongings from our old house to our new house.  They were extremely friendly, polite and helpful.  They worked swiftly and obviously knew the best way of doing things.  What we thought was going to be a 3 hour job took less than 1 hour and then they waited patiently while we got the keys to the new place.

This is not the first time we have used AA – previously we have had the same, excellent service.  Unfortunately we had to use another company on a previous move and it was a disaster – hence I remember to book AA early enough to ensure that I got a place in the queue.

I would thoroughly recommend your services and will do so to anyone I know that is shifting!

A special thanks to the dispatch (ex Takapunaite) guy who kept me informed of what was happening while I was quietly freaking out!!

 I was very happy with Paul and Micky who moved me to Takapuna from Te Atatu South. Both guys were very polite and steadily and efficiently worked their way through loading and unloading.  We had a few laughs especially with Micky and Paul was great with organizing and making sure everything went smoothly.

We were recently moved by AA Carriers from Christchurch to Southbridge. We were booked to move by another firm who let us down at the very last minute.  Your team here in Christchurch stepped in and saved the day for our family.  The office staff, the calm, fabulous co-ordinator/manager on the end of the phone fixed everything up for us, she was professional and organised a truck to be with us ASAP to collect our household belongings and move us to our new home.  She went above and beyond her duties to ensure I didn’t have a nervious breakdown!! The guys on the truck, Rueben and Graeme were great, they were quick, friendly and fun.  It was late, it was dark and cold but they didn’t complain about being called in to help us at the last minute.  Needless to say should we ever need to move again or to pass on the name of a reliable, professional company we will give them your number.
